Salary : $3,300-$3,800 / month, salaried

Large commercial real estate company seeks a hands-on property maintenance person to handle upkeep, repairs and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings. Duties include :

Inspect and evaluate overall condition and appearance of interior and exterior of buildings, roof, grounds, parking lot, HVAC, sprinkler system, emergency lighting and other areas.

Prepare and follow weekly schedule of routine maintenance matters and supplement schedule as needed with emergency matters.

Respond to tenant requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

Troubleshoot problems and personally make repairs where possible.

For repairs where vendor is used, assist vendor in gaining access as needed

Must have own small tools and transportation.

Experience with commercial buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and asphalt repairs greatly preferred.
