Office Manager
Senior LIFE is currently seeking an Office Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must have knowledge of federal and state regulations, and Medicare and Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities include :
Establish and implement effective workplace proceduresEnsure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulationsHire, train and monitor administrative staffOrganize patient records using electronic health records keepingSupervise daily practice operations such as security and occupational health and safetyMonitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupplyInteract with participants and address their complaintsCoordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviewsCollaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient servicesSkills and Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees and patientsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative softwareGood leadership, motivation, training and goal-setting skillsFinancial and accounting skillsIn-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standardsOrganization and time management skillsUnderstanding of health and safety standards in the medical industryCandidates must have a high school diploma or GED and must be very computer literate.EOE
