Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments and procedures.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental targets.

Adapt to changing situations and emergencies with a calm demeanor.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Utilize hospital resources efficiently to optimize patient care.

Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team members.

Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Experience / Qualifications

Must possess a valid RN license in Wisconsin.

Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency nursing.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Strong understanding of hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Effective collaboration skills with multidisciplinary medical teams.

Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Ability to develop strategies to achieve departmental targets.

Proven track record of contributing to a positive work environment.
