Product Management Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural, including user support and vendor coordination

Collaborate on system enhancements and manage upgrades for existing applications

Engage with end users to identify needs and translate them into product improvements

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in IT

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools

Willingness to quickly learn new applications like Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural

Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and internal communication platforms

Experience working with cross-functional teams
