Project Management : Manage the entire project lifecycle for environmental remediation sites, including developing scopes, creating detailed schedules, and controlling budgets for profitability. Technical Oversight : Oversee site investigations, select appropriate remediation technologies (e.g., excavation, in-situ chemical injection, soil vapor extraction), and manage technical field activities. Safety & Compliance : Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to environmental regulations, permits, and company Health & Safety Plans (HASP) , including OSHA HAZWOPER standards. Communication & Reporting : Serve as the primary contact for clients and regulatory officials. Prepare and submit high-quality technical reports, regulatory documents, and proposals. Resource Management : Manage and coordinate internal staff (scientists, field crews) and external subcontractors, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently. Financial Control : Track project costs, manage change orders, and approve invoices to ensure financial objectives and profit margins are met. Schedule : On-call, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekends as needed based on project requirements Bonus : Based on individual and company performance Travel : As needed
