Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Advisor to join our team in the healthcare and hospital industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful roles, providing a seamless candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet recruitment goals.
As a Talent Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner and consultant — driving strategic recruitment efforts, analyzing market data, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences aligned with organizational values and diversity goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Delivery
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess fit and eligibility based on agreed hiring strategies.
- Present a diverse slate of qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through selection and interview processes.
- Execute recruiting best practices, ensuring compliance with internal standards, KPIs, and service-level expectations.
- Extend offers and coordinate with compensation partners when needed.
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop talent pipelines through networking, outreach, and social media engagement.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Support inclusive hiring practices and model equitable behaviors throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Strategic Partnerships
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, market trends, and hiring priorities.Collaborate across departments to implement creative recruiting solutions and enhance organizational success.Business Acumen & Data Analytics
Utilize data insights and market intelligence to advise stakeholders and refine talent strategies.Maintain clean, accurate data in HR systems and generate reports for assigned client groups.Stay informed about industry and competitor trends to provide valuable market perspective.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources or related field preferred).Knowledge of employment laws, EEO regulations, and inclusive hiring practices.Strong communication, relationship management, and consulting skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and learning agility.Why This Role :
