Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a small, close-knit team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the overall success of the agency. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for the insurance industry, encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

  • Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Benefits : 401(k) : Not available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a $2M book of business, servicing accounts from A-Z.
  • Handle all lines of coverage, with a focus on contractor-heavy industries.
  • Provide marketing support for accounts as needed.
  • Utilize AMS360 agency management system (preferred).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Licenses / Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AMS360 agency management system is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction.
