Required Experience : 5+ years of relevant post education experience in discipline with prior drafting and design support experience
Required Education : Associate or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 5+ years of relevant post education experience in discipline with prior drafting and design support experience
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- BIM / CAD certificate or an Associate’s degree in BIM / CAD, Engineering Technology or a related field
- BIM-Revit
- Knowledge of BlueBeam
Major Duties :
Build 3D models and content, to Level of Development (LOD) specified by design team and clientFollow guidelines driven by a BIM execution planAttend design team meetings and incorporate updatesCreate electrical plans for construction from 3D building information models, including :Demolition plansCircuiting plans for electrical loadsLighting layout and lighting control plans with circuit informationTelecommunications / Special systems layout plansSingle line (2D) power and low voltage riser diagramsElectrical panel and equipment schedulesApply & manage standard view templates and familiesManage multi-phased projects from the BIM environmentCoordinate with other trades using 3D model – within the Revit modelDetail plans with all necessary annotation such as : dimensioning, Keynoting and taggingCollaboration in ACCWork in a cloud environment for coordinationPublish models to ACC servicesManage permissions for projectsBluebeam RevuPrint drawings from Revit for project review and submissionSet up and use BlueBeam Studio sessions for redline markupsManage and modify sheet sets by adding / removing sheets, page labeling, creating individual and combined sheet sets
