We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the future of commercial real estate technology. We are hiring for multiple business segments, where you could work across one of several key product areas :

• Leasing & Asset Management (LMD) : complex leasing workflows and portfolio-level insights.
• Activate : tenant and workplace engagement, operations, and amenity services.
• Multifamily : resident experience, property team operations, and building services.

As a Senior Product Designer at VTS, you'll take ownership of end-to-end design - from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery. You'll apply user research and JTBD methodology to uncover opportunities, especially where AI and agentic workflows can transform how our users work.

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $143,000 and $175,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
