Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and onboard top real estate talent, including individual agents and established teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share across Houston and other Texas markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and oversee marketing campaigns that support recruitment and business growth.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and revenue generation.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure growth goals and recruitment targets are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or agent recruitment.
  • Marketing expertise with the ability to craft and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
