Operations Director - Health & Wellness Digital Acceleration
As a leader on the Ops Acceleration team, this role is responsible for driving the Health and Wellness End-to-End Operations strategy. This role will lead transformative initiatives in the digital and delivery portfolio from ideation to phase I deployment, ultimately enabling field execution.
What You'll Do
The Operations Acceleration team is one of four pillars in the Health & Wellness End-to-End Operations & Support organization, responsible for bringing our strategy to life for our associates and customers. We are responsible for the inputs and outputs of the broader organization, driving increased productivity and rapid response. We are looking for a leader who can not only manage the day-to-day operations but also lead our team in transforming our business from a transactional model to a relationship-based business.
Proven experience in leading teams to transform business models, specifically from transactional to relationship-based approaches.
Ability to quickly intake, organize, and synthesize large amounts of information to produce high-quality deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex environment to simplify processes and prioritize the most impactful efforts.
Ability to ask insightful questions and challenge conventional norms to gather key details necessary to clearly and concisely communicate to leadership, both in writing and verbally.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.
