Tax Department Intern

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Tax Department. Our tax team proactively services individuals and businesses to help clients minimize taxes and maximize growth. With ongoing continuing education, you'll stay current on tax legislation to identify strategic tax planning opportunities for clients. Internships are paid, full-time experiences which run January April in our Eden Prairie, MN office. We recruit well in advance of this time frame to allow you flexibility and time to make arrangements for housing and required classes.

As an Intern, you will perform a variety of tax research and individual and corporate tax return preparation. You will work with a variety of clients (within multiple industries) on their tax preparation and planning. You will be given the support you need to develop a breadth of skills and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals. Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax returns (individual, partnership, multistate, corporate, and other)
• Year-end planning
• Opportunities to respond to a variety of inquiries from Federal and State taxing authorities
• Tax research projects
• Special projects as assigned
