Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior HR leadership to implement company-wide people strategies and align HR initiatives with business priorities
Manage performance processes, support talent development, and foster a culture of continuous feedback
Ensure compliance with employment laws, oversee benefits strategy execution, and support special projects related to HR initiatives
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR experience with strategic and operational responsibilities
3+ years in an HR leadership or management role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Deep understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
