We are currently seeking resumes from qualified, responsible, self-sufficient, Structures Designer / EIT-1 to join our Phoenix, Arizona office. Job Description :

Assist Senior Engineers develop and complete design and project deliverables for the wide variety of design contracts that we pursue. Among many others, these include all aspects of engineering for State, Municipal, and private projects for project that involve structures engineering.

Primary Job Duties :

• Ability to function as an EIT and will strive to understand all aspects of design and plan production within their discipline.
• Requires development and checking of design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans for structural steel and reinforced concrete.
• Must be self-motivated, technically proficient, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be team-oriented.
• May be required to travel periodically within your location and neighboring states depending on project needs.
• Must be physically capable of performing fieldwork.

Works under Project Manager’s supervision; receives specific and detailed instructions as to required tasks and results expected. This position will require an individual that is willing to perform a variety of tasks while working independently and as part of a team. At times assist the Project Team in technical meetings and correspondence with clients.
