Position Overview

Title : Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location : Milford, DE 19963

Contract Type : Travel Contract

Duration : Typically 13 weeks

Shift Time : - 03 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Educate patients and families on health management and chronic condition care.

✅ Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Delaware.

Minimum 2 years of LTC / SNF experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

📅 Shifts & Schedule

Day shifts are commonly available.

Flexibility may be required depending on facility needs
