About the role :

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchasing Analyst to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in improving and analyzing our purchasing processes for a growing e-commerce company. Your main duties will include :

• Performing forecasting and issuing purchase orders based on demand.
• Coordinating with product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system efficiently.
• Analyzing costs and managing invoicing documentation.
• Negotiating with vendors throughout the purchasing process.
• Assisting the team in improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who you are :

You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently and with a team. You have an analytical mind, able to analyze data to determine the best course of action for day-to-day purchasing issues. You can understand and apply various forecasting models and are always looking for ways to improve existing systems.
