Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests efficiently.

Verify and update customer contact information with each interaction.

Answer incoming phone calls promptly, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective clients.

Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Cross Sell policies within the book of business

Requirements
