    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience
  • Experience : Prior nocturnist or hospitalist experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications :
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfort managing patients in an open ICU setting

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inpatient nocturnal hospitalist coverage
  • Manage patient admissions, cross-cover issues, and collaborate with on-call specialists
  • Work closely with APPs and scribes during night shifts
  • Ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement and hospitalist team initiatives
