DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Utilize a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble product.
- Performing soldering of wires, SMT, TH parts.
- Maintain inventory of products at workstations.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
- Rework and / or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Must follow all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Any other duties assigned as needed.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Must possess good interpersonal skills.Specific technical or vocational training or certification is a plus.Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.Good communications skills, both written and oral.Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to manage time between two or more projects at one time.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures.The ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years electro-mechanical assembly experience may be required.Valid driver’s license.Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).Satisfactory background check.The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.Powered by JazzHR
