job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience with textile processes and equipment Mechanical and electrical knowledge preferred Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills Project management experience Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ES systems Drive process improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery Analyze production procedures to identify and resolve inefficiencies Perform process capability analysis and implement process controls Manage projects, research and introduce new equipment, and support development activities Supervise and train technicians, including troubleshooting process-related issues Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for all our Plants Manage sample development, process changes, and inventory for equipment parts Support mechanical / electrical repairs and monitor new product development Travel 10%–20% for customer and project needs Understand and demonstrate a commitment to our Quality Policy and participate in ISO 9001 : 2015 and our IATF 16949 approval process
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in yarn manufacturing for process improvements, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring top-quality output. In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise in textile processes with project management skills to drive innovation, support our technicians, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple plants.
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 6+ years of experience in yarn manufacturing
