Senior Sourcer

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcer, a fully remote 8-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and long-term hiring goals

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across Product Management, Product Design, and UX Research

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various tools and engage passive talent through personalized outreach

Required Qualifications

5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in Product Management, Product Design, and UX Research

Proven success in sourcing specialized product roles such as Technical Product Manager and Growth Product Manager

Expertise in Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and market mapping

Strong understanding of technical and design skill sets with the ability to assess portfolios

Experience with ATS and CRM tools such as Greenhouse or Workday
