job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors. Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Guard - Commercial Real Estate Patrol
As a Security Guard - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will utilize your experience and technology skills to support access control and alarm monitoring, all while working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
