Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Behavioral Care Manager passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Behavioral Care Manager Lead .

Work schedule : Monday-Friday 11 : 30AM-8PM Pacific Time and 1 Sat per month

The salary range for United States residents is $40,000-$45,000 + Bonus . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
