Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions
Proactively source talent through various channels and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and engineering roles
Strong sourcing skills and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workable
A proactive attitude with a high sense of urgency and ownership
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is preferred
