As our Director, Facility Operations, you'll lead the strategic and facility operational management of our state-of-the-art clinical manufacturing facility in Redwood City. At Arcellx, we're leveraging our unique technology to transform patient lives. Your work will be instrumental in operationalizing our GMP facility and scaling critical infrastructure, institutionalizing robust systems, and driving seamless facilities operations across clinical manufacturing, testing labs, and administrative functions. The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $245,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
