Services Engagement Supervisor

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Services Engagement Supervisor

Position type : Full-time Contract

Duration : 3-month contract

Location : Remote

As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will :

• Enable all aspects of Services by acting as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments and clients in support of service delivery within the designated Segment / Region assigned.
• Inspect and report on Sales pipeline in support of services forecast and resource fulfillment.
• Review and approve Statements of Work through contracts process to ensure compliance with standards and risk management.
• Sign and execute Statement of Work based on contract thresholds.
• Provide full life-cycle operational Engagement Management.
• Provide full life-cycle Project Management based on Services Delivery requirements.
• Ensure all available revenue and cost recognition is processed timely and accurately.
• Initiate / oversee request tickets into resource fulfillment systems.
• Provide strategic resolution to escalated customer service issues.
• Proactively seek data and provide actionable intelligence to Services Manager
• Develop trusted partnerships with assigned Services Manager and act as key business partner.
