A company is looking for a REMOTE Bilingual Patient Service Representatives / Schedulers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone-based customer service to patients and community members
Schedule medical appointments accurately using EPIC software
Follow workflow tools and enter required data with a high level of accuracy
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Ability to follow workflow tools, directions, and schedules consistently
