Warehouse Associate / Driver

Winsupply of Fort Worth is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate / Driver to be a core part of our operations team. This role primarily focuses on warehouse duties —receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and organization—with the safe and efficient operation of a box truck for local deliveries and pickups as a critical secondary function. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized warehouse while possessing an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations (Approximately 70-90% of time, varies by business need) :

• Order Fulfillment : Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage orders efficiently according to customer specifications or shipping manifests.
• Receiving & Stocking : Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and accurately count, sort, and tag materials.
• Organization : Stock shelves, racks, and designated storage areas in an organized manner.
• Custom Cutting : Cut ductboard to specified dimensions for orders.
• Safety & Maintenance : Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required or provided). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Inventory Support : Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
• Collaboration : Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
