Salary : $23.00-$26.00 Hourly DOE

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Follow and demonstrate Roers Core Values of Respect, Opportunity, Partnership, Experience, Expertise, and Community when working with team members, customers, and our external communities.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance and repair techniques; Wall Repair / Patching, Light Plumbing and Electrical, Painting
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ensure third-party vendor contracts are completed satisfactorily.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the residential properties; Will include some light janitorial responsibilities.
