Shift Details
- Shuttle Team Operating Hours
- 24 hours per day 5 days per week
- Starting Monday at 4 : 00am through Friday night at 12 : 00am
- Supervisor will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
- This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to support and coach the team.
- As the Supervisor, the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

Over the age of 21 years oldA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredEligible to work for any U.S. employerPossesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or healthcare operations1 year of experience with driving shuttle buses or large delivery vehiclesAbout You

As our Site Supervisor , you will support the Site Manager in ensuring seamless shuttle services across the Ochsner Medical Center campus. You will directly oversee the team of drivers, helping maintain safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations.
You'll work closely with the Site Manager and hospital administration to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcare's "people come first" philosophy. From safety and scheduling to team support and client relations, you'll help shape the hospital employee experience and operational success of the site.

Over the age of 21 years oldA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredEligible to work for any U.S. employer1-2 years of leadership experience supervising teams in transportation, logistics, or healthcare1 year of experience with driving shuttle buses or large delivery vehiclesHave possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 yearsPossesses a valid, in-state active driver's license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)Ability to pass all onboarding screening processesWork a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings as neededAdequately operate apps / technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasksAbility to build positive relationships with hospital staff and your teamCommunicate clearly and effectively, motivating a diverse teamPrioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environmentThis role may require continuous sitting / driving throughout the entire shift and engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include exposure to harsh elementsPhysical involvement may include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage / belongings, lifting up to 50 lbs, all while delivering outstanding customer serviceJob Responsibilities

Supervise the shuttle team, supporting frontline staff and ensuring safe, reliable, and customer-focused operationsAssist in monitoring shuttle operations across the hospital campus to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable serviceSupport hiring, retention, and development of team members under the guidance of the Site ManagerLead daily coaching and support of the team to drive engagement and accountabilitySupport site-level leaders in developing team performanceAssist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure coverage and operational excellenceMaintain professional relationships with hospital staff and administrationTrack basic operational KPIs, including safety compliance and customer satisfactionPartner with Site Manager to ensure shuttle readiness, preventive maintenance, and operational safetyReport and document incidents, accidents, or claims to the Site ManagerConduct occasional safety audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance with protocolsServe as the first point of contact for operational issues, delays, or minor complaints, escalating as neededCollaborate with hospital administration, facilities, and security teams on daily operationsMaintain accurate records for incidents, vehicle maintenance, and staff trainingApprove minor shift swaps or temporary assignments under Site Manager guidanceMonitor shuttle vehicles for cleanliness and readiness, including inventory of keys, fuel, and safety equipmentCoach team members on interactions and service standardsRemain visible on-site to maintain team accountability and operational flowOther duties as assignedFacility Requirements
