Marketing Coordinator
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Superior organizational, time management and communication skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality content and complete tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Proficiency in standard business applications such as MS Word, Google Docs, MS Excel, Google Sheets MS Power Point, Google Forms, and others.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide excellent guest service to internal clients, outside vendors and property guests.
Ability to work effective and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and capable of handling multiple projects within established timelines.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Hospitality experience, especially understanding of guest expectations and offers.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal skills.
Proactive, energetic personality with inquiring, investigative mind.
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies and practices.
Ability to conduct research into application- and software-related issues and products.
Highly logical and technically proficient.
Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment.
Interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Business or comparable experience is required.
Previous casino / resort industry experience is preferred.
Experience in brand management or large brand consumer communications is preferred.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly standing, kneeling, walking, reaching, twisting, grasping, lifting, listening, using computer, telephone, and speaking. Frequently using wrist motion, dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and writing, typing on computer keyboard. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work performed indoors and outdoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Team Member may be exposed to odor and secondhand smoke. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
