Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating client journey maps and run usability tests
Help configure and test AI chatbots and analyze AI usage data
Prepare reports on adoption metrics and support cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of journey mapping tools like Figma
Entry-level exposure to AI chatbots and content structuring
Familiarity with documentation platforms and reporting tools
Understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility
Ability to track and report on AI tool adoption metrics
