VIP Client Intake Specialist

VIP Client Intake Specialist's handle cases generated by our Morgan & Morgan attorneys as well as external firms to help build relationships and grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external attorney-generated cases via inbound / outbound calls, SMS and emails.
  • Communicate effectively with case staff, attys, and the sales team (account executives, referral coordinators and territory managers).
  • Handle attorney and account executive inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • Work closely with our growing external attorney sales team (account executives and territory managers) in building external referral relationships.
  • Identify client / attorney / account executive needs, clarify information, use probing questions, research any potential case opportunity, and provide solutions and / or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to cross-screen cases when possible.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by providing the Morgan World Class Experience on every call.
  • Properly record all notes and conversations in the call center database in a clear, concise way.

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet deadlines and ability to perform effectively despite priority changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in frequent communication with attorneys and account executives within the firm.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced / multi-tasked environment and understand the concept of customer service and success.
  • Must possess a good tone and level of professionalism with all calls.
  • Meets expectations for quality.
  • The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM, and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends.
