PX International & PMO Associate

Summary of Job Description :

The PX International and PMO Associate provides administrative support to the Panda Express International Leadership and PMO Team to plan and coordinate meetings and events with the Panda International Leadership Team and international partners.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provides administrative and project support to International Leadership and PMO team. Coordinates team meetings and other administrative support. Takes meeting minutes and updates bi-weekly meeting / presentation materials.
• Performs basic support functions on projects, logistics, and relationships related to International and Licensed business under supervision of the PMO team.
• Supports International Leadership Team and PMO Team in organizing meetings, travel and communication with International partners and License partners.
• Provides administrative project support to the VP, International and PMO Team related to international and licensed operations.
