Base pay range

$153,000.00 / yr - $212,000.00 / yr

Technical Artist Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems, processes, tooling to validate, prototype, and implement new capabilities in partnership with cross functional teams
• Implement runtime logic, tooling within a complex real-time environment with performance limitations in mind
• Optimize content through enhancing performance and instructing the artists and designers on asset creation, modeling and texturing best practices
• Analyze project timelines and resource allocation, proposing adjustments to optimize production schedules through technology and process enhancements
• Document workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across teams
• Communicate and advocate for the technical system’s role in building a platform that serves billions of users
• Consistently give and take constructive feedback, direct next steps, and communicate clear goals and outcomes to your team
