Bilingual Warehouse Manager (English / Spanish)
PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Manager (English / Spanish) to oversee all daily operations of our Charlotte warehouse facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader responsible for managing staff, optimizing inventory control, ensuring safe and efficient material flow, and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and internal / external partners.
Compensation and Schedule
Annual Salary : $60,000
Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management : Direct and coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.Team Leadership : Supervise, train, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse associates. Conduct performance reviews, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.Inventory Control : Maintain accurate inventory records through the effective use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners. Perform regular audits and implement best practices to minimize discrepancies and loss.Safety & Compliance : Enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA standards. Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts.Bilingual Communication : Effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking staff, suppliers, and drivers to ensure clear understanding and coordination across all warehouse functions.Efficiency and Process Improvement : Analyze operational workflows and logistics data to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Equipment Operation : As a working manager, the candidate must be proficient in and may be required to operate forklifts to assist with daily tasks as needed.Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.Bilingual Fluency : Required fluency (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish.Equipment Proficiency : Proven, current experience operating a forklift is required.Technical Skills : Must have hands-on experience using handheld scanners for inventory and logistics tracking. Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is strongly preferred.Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.Soft Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
