Felix Construction is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews in the construction of water / wastewater treatment facilities. This hands-on role involves planning, directing, and executing electrical work on industrial projects. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with advanced field experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and mentoring others.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead electrical crews in the installation and wiring of RTUs, VFDs, LCPs, switchgear, field instrumentation, and other industrial equipment.
- Interpret and execute work packages, electrical drawings, and MOPOs (Method of Procedure).
- Ensure crews follow all safety procedures, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA 70, and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate material delivery, inspect inventory, and manage tools and equipment on-site.
- Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet daily and weekly goals aligned with project schedules.
- Provide training and mentorship to less experienced electricians and laborers.
- Track crew hours and complete weekly timecards accurately.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position requires working outdoors at construction job sites in extreme weather conditions. Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and use hand tools. Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, walk, and reach for extended periods.
