Corporate Recruiter
Reports To : VP, Head of Human Resources
Status : Full-time / Exempt
Location : Hybrid or Remote, depending on market Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000
Summary :
The Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of recruitment, GTM / sales, and corporate roles, driving strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent while enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience. Responsibilities & Expectations :
- Continually look for ways to improve recruiting processes and strategy
- Assist with the Employer Brand and social media presence
- Assist with managing the Employee Referral Program
- Partner and build relationships with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles to fulfill business needs; qualify candidates by conducting initial screenings for assigned roles
- Track recruitment metrics and milestones to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process and methods
- Serve as a Company ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience and present attractive opportunities within the Company
- Create, manage, and document open requisitions and candidates through ATS
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job boards
- Drive recruitment efforts by maintaining a consistent talent pipeline
- Take ownership by tenaciously following up and following through with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in and make recommendations to staffing-related projects, including identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement of recruitment and sourcing processes
- Partner with the leadership team to define strategies, priorities, and process improvements
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including writing job postings, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development and improving time to fill
- Mentor up and down with the expectation that we only make each other better through sharing ideas and recruiting techniques
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Prioritizing corporate requisitions and recruitment projects
- Perform reference checks as needed

3+ years of experience working within a fast-paced recruiting environmentExperience hiring GTM / Sales and / or Recruitment and / or Corporate Professional Services roles on a permanent basisExperience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Mastery of creative sourcing techniques that drive untapped talent pools to the businessProven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on a timely basisOther Duties :
