Looking to pick up extra shifts or create a schedule that works for you? Join the Operating Room team at our Executive Woods Ambulatory Surgery Center as a Per Diem OR RN . This role offers the flexibility of working a minimum of 2 shifts per month while still being part of a collaborative, high-performing surgical team.
No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
Pay is based on years of experience
General Description
The Per Diem Operating Room RN will assist in providing high quality care during the pre-op and intra-op phase of the patient's visit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and daily function of the operating room;
- Plan, implement, and assist in the oversight of patient care;
- Circulate and scrub cases, as assigned;
- Accurately document care given according to center policies and procedures;
- Maintain high safety standards for both patients and other staff;
- Monitor stock levels, supplies, and equipment needs;
- Other responsibilities as needed / assigned.
