Maintenance Manager

We're seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in milling or feed manufacturing to lead all maintenance and reliability activities within a high-performing production facility. This role is responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and schedule maintenance activities for all plant and mill equipment
  • Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff
  • Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a feed mill, grain processing, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, and production automation is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • $65,000 $85,000 salary DOE
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, retirement, and paid time off
