Senior Product Manager – Credit Card & Rewards

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager Credit Card & Rewards for one of our clients in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH .

Job Description :

• Solution Architecture : Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing, rewards management, and partner integrations (e.g., Visa / Mastercard, loyalty networks).
• Functional Expertise : Analyze business requirements for card issuance, transaction processing, fraud detection, billing, and rewards redemption. Familiarity with rewards program mechanics (points, miles, cashback, merchant-funded rewards).
• System Integration : Lead integrations between core banking systems, card processors, CRM, and third-party rewards platforms.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, AML, and regulatory standards (e.g., Reg Z, UDAAP) in card and rewards program design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with product managers, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Innovation : Propose enhancements for customer engagement (e.g., dynamic rewards, personalized offers, API-driven partnerships).
• Troubleshooting : Resolve complex issues in authorization, settlement, points accrual, and reconciliation processes.
• Good to have : Hands-on experience with card processors (FIS, TSYS), Rewards engines (Fiserv, Epsilon), core banking systems & payment gateways.
