Virtual Assistant
The Business provides facility maintenance services to retail and residential clients throughout the Chicagoland area. It operates with a combination of in-house employees and outside contractors who deliver various skilled trade services. All work orders are dispatched electronically, and technicians generally prefer text communication due to their busy schedules, as it allows them time to respond efficiently.
Job Description : Inbox management
Dispatch coordination
Managing Google My Business, including consistent uploading of before-and-after photos
Following up and replying to clients in a timely manner
Overseeing multiple companies running the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaign and pushing them for regular status updates
Compiling analytics data to evaluate the effectiveness of the SEO efforts
Must Haves :
At least 2 years of experience in Administration
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Gmail (primary tools for daily operations)
Familiarity with Jobber (used as the invoicing platform)
Experience with marketing platforms such as Zeely and Meta
