Position Summary
Responsible for the execution of CPG / vendor supported shopper marketing programs. Manages and implements program elements, creative development and communication of all shopper marketing campaigns. Responsible for the vendor billings and proof of concept to generate vendor income. Reviews analytics to determine effectiveness and adjusts programs accordingly. Serves as key liaison between internal departments and vendor partners to ensure all project requirements are met.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the execution lead for all mass shopper marketing programs including the management of the creative development as well as the production timelines of promotional assets.
- Submit creative requests within the work front system by providing relevant project briefs for the development of content of assets for all shopper marketing events.
- Manage program budgets and confirm costs, review budget allocations, communicate relevant details to retail, merchandising, category and other corporate business partners to ensure all projects execute as planned within budget.
- Manage the coordination of bill-backs to vendor partners, research and process invoices, and reconcile budget. Track and report vendor participation in programs on a monthly basis.
- Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines; gain all appropriate approvals; and provide consistent and thorough follow-up throughout the execution of a program.
- Ensure flawless execution of all shopper marketing promotions at retail : utilizing store communications systems and working with internal departments, CPG vendors, outside agencies and consultants.
- Review post event analysis, including ROI, and document and report event details, performance, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders including marketing management, merchandising, category, and participating vendor partners.
- Serve as key point of contact for vendors and retail (SCC and Voice of Retail) for questions and issues regarding shopper marketing programs. Also serve as the key point of contact for resolving any Customer Service issues that may arise from a promotion.
- Assist the Shopper Marketing Lead in selling and scheduling of all additional CPG add-on scale event programs, new item program, and digital CPG packages with category and merchandising.
