Position Overview : As a Primary Care Physician in our Fayetteville-based practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families in our community. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive health assessments, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed to evaluate patients' health status. Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols. Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatment modalities as appropriate, and monitor patients' response to treatment. Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies to optimize health outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate referrals to specialty services, and ensure continuity of care. Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current licensure as a physician in any state, with eligibility for licensure in North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a primary care physician in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
