A law firm seeks a Hospitality and Leisure Associate to join their Phoenix, AZ office. The successful candidate will become a key member of a nationally recognized practice, working alongside industry-leading partners and associates in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Duties
- Work on matters across the globe.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and hotel management agreements.
- Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents.
- Manage deal closings from start to finish.
- Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.
Requirements
2-4 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional work.Previous law firm experience preferred.Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of practice.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Bar admission in the state of practice.Skills
