Workers' Compensation Authorized , knowledge of No Fault and Workers' Compensation laws . Licensed Acupuncturist (preferred). Willingness to travel within NYC.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our healthcare team in Bronx, NY . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation and a passion for providing top-tier rehabilitative care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, manage, and treat pain from injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough exams to identify challenging diagnoses.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation and treatment plans to restore functionality and improve well-being.
- Prescribe medications, administer injections, and educate patients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and medical teams to optimize patient care.
- Document all evaluations and treatments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
