Settlements Manager
The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location.
Location : Boston, MA
Salary range : $144,631.00 to $180,789.00
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of Settlements activities within the area of responsibility
- Highlight any gaps or issues and in conjunction with the Settlements Team Director, develop, document and implement mitigations as appropriate
- Review financial settlements, to identify discrepancies for internal controls and external audits
- Collaboration across business units for issue resolution
- Support the integration of new business activity
- Imparting knowledge to the settlements team through monitoring and analyzing market performance, market changes and updates
- Supervising a team in the West Coast market, setting key performance indicators, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field with a strong background in financial analysis or the equivalent combination of education and experience5 years of experience in the energy industry or other applicable work experience relevant to responsibilities of this positionMust be a self-starting and motivated individual who is able to effectively manage priorities while meeting deadlines for deliverablesStrong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levelsCollaborating with various internal teams during Pacific Time "PT" zoneAdditional Success Factors
