Settlements Manager

The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location.

Location : Boston, MA

Salary range : $144,631.00 to $180,789.00

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of Settlements activities within the area of responsibility
• Highlight any gaps or issues and in conjunction with the Settlements Team Director, develop, document and implement mitigations as appropriate
• Review financial settlements, to identify discrepancies for internal controls and external audits
• Collaboration across business units for issue resolution
• Support the integration of new business activity
• Imparting knowledge to the settlements team through monitoring and analyzing market performance, market changes and updates
• Supervising a team in the West Coast market, setting key performance indicators, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
