Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager – Asian Unit (Mandarin or Cantonese Speaking Preferred)

Bear Mountain Healthcare has an immediate opening for a  Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Asian Unit , a dedicated 2-floor, 20-bed units serving our Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking residents in our Long-Term Care Facility in West Roxbury MA.

The Unit Manager will act as an extension of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, ensuring the highest level of culturally competent care for the residents on this specialized unit. This person will coordinate with the nursing and infection control teams to ensure continuous compliance with policies, procedures, and annual training requirements.

The Unit Manager will serve as a key liaison an ambassador between nursing staff, management, residents, and their families while ensuring all QAPI procedures, assessments, and care standards are consistently met. Additional responsibilities will follow the official job description.

The RN Unit Manager will be responsible only for the Asian Units (2 floors, 20 beds) , ensuring personalized attention, cultural sensitivity, and effective management within this specialized area.

Job Requirements :

• Valid RN license in the state of MA
• 2 years of prior skilled LTC experience preferred
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly preferred
