HDR is currently seeking a Site Civil Engineer-In-Training (EIT) for our Building Engineering Services Business Group located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our team is an integrated facility and infrastructure design team with core services in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Site Civil Engineering. This role will initially focus on facilities-related site design in support of the Data Center market, with future opportunities across Corporate / Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Civic, Industrial, and Sports & Recreation buildings and infrastructure. The candidate will coordinate and work closely with a multidisciplinary design team throughout the project life cycle—from planning through construction documents and construction administration.
This individual should be self-motivated, collaborative, with strong communication skills and initiative to deliver high-quality, technically sound designs. Candidates hired without their EIT will hold the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
