Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs. Proactively identify and attract top talent through networking and market research. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring goals and challenges. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Stay informed on market trends and industry developments within Business Services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have : a strong interest in sales and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals. Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is beneficial but not required. An understanding of or willingness to learn about the Business Services industry. A team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to collective success.
